Wagner - A Wall of Lights - Page 31
Baboon Executioner General: Sire, they were found in one of the abandoned buildings. The one labeled “super market”. They were caught on tape, foraging through the artifacts. The chimpanzee had identification, a police badge from the United Ape Emirates. The hairless one, we weren’t even sure he was an ape, his appearance was so strange…
Igor: Pull up the feed from the super market from the time they were detected.
Baboon Executioner General: Of course, Lord Igor.
[[Scene changes to the inside of a super market. Jim Wagner is looking at a magazine while Koko Bullet is nervously strafing the aisles.]]
Jim Wagner: Hmmm, everything here dates from shortly before I time traveled. This place looks like there’s no sign of humans either.
Sorry, but in an act of transparent despise for their residents the apartment complex where I live closed their laundromat (permanently, apparently) with no notice except a small randomly placed sign (not on the door of the laundromat, even). My entire schedule has been destroyed. Therefore this week’s comic won’t have colors, a nice font, or any corrections from me to the dialogue save replacing the blatant plot holes with “X”.
Sorry, this will be colorized and have the dialogue fixed when I have enough time, hopefully this coming Thursday (3/25/2009), though possibly not until the Tuesday or Thursday after that.
Fixed with colors May 4th, 2008.
